We provide:
Domestic waste collection
Commercial waste collection
Site clearance services
Skip hire brokering
Waste brokering services
Related waste management services
Where acting as a broker, we arrange services through appropriately licensed third-party providers.
Services may be delivered directly or through approved subcontractors.
We are registered as a waste carrier in England. Where applicable, we will hold the appropriate broker registration before undertaking regulated brokering activities.
Customers warrant that:
They are legally entitled to transfer the waste.
Waste is accurately and fully described.
Hazardous or prohibited materials are declared in writing.
They comply with their Duty of Care obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
We reserve the right to refuse collection if waste materially differs from the information provided.
1.4 Subcontractors & Service Partners
All service partners are required to:
Hold valid licences and registrations
Maintain appropriate insurance
Comply with environmental legislation
Provide waste transfer documentation where applicable
We undertake reasonable due diligence before engagement.
Where we act as a broker:
We act as an intermediary between the Customer and licensed third-party providers.
Services may be delivered by third-party operators.
We are responsible for coordination but not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Prices are based on information provided at booking.
Additional charges may apply if:
Waste volume exceeds estimates
Waste type differs from description
Access restrictions require additional labour
Waiting time exceeds agreed timeframes
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where online payments are enabled, payments will be processed securely via regulated third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
Late payments for commercial customers may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to service.
Late cancellations may incur charges.
Where skip hire has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Customers must:
Provide safe and unobstructed access
Ensure required permits are obtained
Disclose underground utilities and hazards
Ensure waste is accessible at agreed times
The Customer warrants that all waste presented is lawful and properly described.
We undertake reasonable steps to ensure service partners are appropriately licensed.
We shall not be liable for unlawful disposal, fly-tipping, or regulatory breaches caused solely by third-party service partners acting outside our reasonable instructions and control.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Waste Warriors Limited against claims, penalties, fines, enforcement actions, losses, and legal costs arising from:
Misdescription of waste
Undeclared hazardous materials
Breach of environmental legislation
Failure to comply with Duty of Care obligations
This indemnity survives termination of services.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits
Damage arising from inaccurate waste descriptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
1.11 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, regulatory action, road closures, or third-party disruption.
1.12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
